Check each product page for size, load range and tread type.

Most Jeep owners pick a tire size first and then plan the lift, wheels and gearing around it. Choose a tread for how you drive: all-terrain tires for mostly pavement and light trails, mud-terrain tires for rocks and mud. Nitto and Mickey Thompson list the actual measured diameter of each size, which is the number to use when you work out gearing.

Fitment: Off-road tire sizes commonly run on Jeep Wrangler JL, JK and TJ, Gladiator JT and Ford Bronco. Tire fit depends on your lift, wheels and fenders, so check each product page for size and load range.

FAQs

What size tire fits my Jeep?

It depends on lift height, fenders, and wheel backspacing. Lift kit makers list the tire size each kit is built for, so start there.

Do bigger tires need a regear?

Usually once you go well past the factory size. See our Jeep regear kits.

All-terrain or mud-terrain?

All-terrains ride quieter and last longer on pavement. Mud-terrains clean out better in mud and grip better on rocks.
