Where is WP4x4 located?

WP4x4 is a United States–based business. Our physical address is 711 Tennessee Boulevard, Lebanon, Tennessee 37087, United States.

Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time, WP4x4 ships only within the United States.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

What is your order cut-off time?

Our daily order cut-off time is 2 PM, based on Central Standard Time (GMT-06:00, Chicago). Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day.

How long does shipping take?

We offer standard shipping with an estimated transit time of 3 to 4 business days, Monday through Friday, after the order has shipped.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. All orders ship free within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.

What currency do you use?

All prices and transactions on WP4x4 are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

What is your return window?

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery for shipped orders or the date of in-store purchase.

How can I return an item?

You may return eligible items using either of the following methods:

  • In-store return
  • Return by mail with approval

Mail-in returns require prior authorization.

Do you provide a return shipping label?

Yes. For approved mail-in returns, we provide a free downloadable and printable return label.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No. WP4x4 does not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and approved. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes. Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or installed products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Customized or special-order products

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly within the return window. Supporting photos or documentation may be requested.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
