PSC Cylinder Assist Steering Package for Aftermarket D60 Axles

PSC has developed the BIG BORE XD Steering Kits to be the ultimate steering upgrade package for Jeep JK/JKUs equipped with locking differentials, aftermarket axles, and up to 44" tire sizes.

For the daily driver or a project that is not quite ready for a steering assist cylinder installation, we offer the Adventure Series Kit with Cylinder Assist capability.

Every PSC BIG BORE XD Cylinder Assist Steering Kit is complete with everything needed for a successful installation.

Features:

• Eliminates excessive on-center steering wheel "play"
• Eliminates pump overheating
• Increased Torque Output turns 37" and larger tire sizes 
• Improved turning capability when locking differentials are engaged

WARNING!

• Use HWK-688-PP hardware kit when installing a Synergy MFG Track Bar and Sector Shaft Brace with this product.
• Using the Factory or the standard PSC supplied bolts with the Synergy MFG Track Bar and Sector Shaft Brace could result in steering gearbox case failure.

Notes:

• The larger size of the BIG BORE XD Steering Gearbox may prohibit the use of some aftermarket track bars.
