PSC Cylinder Assist Ram Kit

Running big tires and lockers puts a lot of load on factory steering. A PSC Cylinder Assist Ram Kit adds a hydraulic ram to your steering so it takes far less effort to turn larger tires on the trail. Kits are available for the Jeep Wrangler JK, Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT, and Wrangler TJ/LJ. Choose your vehicle, then the axle setup and stroke length that match your build.

Kit options

• Jeep Wrangler JK: bolt-on kit for factory axles, or weld-on kits for aftermarket D44/D60 axles in 6.75in or 8in stroke
• Jeep Wrangler JL / Gladiator JT: bolt-on kit for OE Dana 30/44 axles (no trusses) with 6.75in stroke, or weld-on kits for modified factory or aftermarket D44/D60 axles in 6.75in, 7.5in or 8in stroke
• JL / JT (691 series): weld-on kit for aftermarket D44/D60 axles with a 1-5/8in x 6.75in Cylinder Assist ram
• Jeep Wrangler TJ / LJ: kit with 6in stroke for the factory axle

Each kit includes the Cylinder Assist ram (cylinder), the mounting hardware or brackets for its axle type, and a Cylinder Assist hose kit.

Notes

• Requires a ported steering gear. These kits will not work without one.
• Weld-on kits require welding the mounts to the axle; check bracket compatibility with your axle.
