This allows stem mount type steering stabilizers to be attached onto the 1.375" stock tie rod and then be rotated to align the damper to the axle side bracket. This is an easy way to attach the tie rod end of the steering stabilizer.

Note: This is for the stock 1.375" diameter tie rod.

Note: Designed to be used with the RockSport steering stabilizer.
