Each shock features an 8-position adjustable remote reservoir constructed from hard anodized aluminum, finished in a durable black Infinity coating for superior corrosion resistance and a sleek, low-profile look. The reservoir connects to the main shock body via a high-pressure 3000 psi stainless steel braided hydraulic hose, ensuring consistent performance under demanding conditions. Mounting is handled by gold zinc-plated brackets made from 1/8" hot rolled steel, providing a solid and secure fitment that’s built to withstand serious abuse.
A billet aluminum knob provides 8 compression settings, with each click increasing compression force by 15%. Whether you're tuning for on-road comfort or firmer off-road control, the adjustment allows you to dial in your suspension feel.
Inside the coilover, a parabolic valving system (Patent Pending #63/743,954) causes the butterfly valve shims to contour under fluid pressure, creating variable resistance that adapts to different force loads in real time. The result is a refined damping response that balances comfort and control.
The high-flow piston inside each coilover features nine ports: six dedicated to compression and three to rebound. These ports are carefully tuned to optimize fluid flow throughout the coilover stroke. The recessed inner cap allows the piston to enter the cap itself, maximizing available shaft length for more usable travel without increasing overall shock length.
An oversized 7/8" induction-hardened, chrome-plated shaft with Rockwell C 60+ surface hardness provides durability. This tough surface gives the seals and wipers a smooth, consistent surface to ride on, improving longevity and reducing wear over time.
The coil spring preload can be adjusted using the gold anodized collars, allowing you to dial in ride height and spring preload to suit your setup.
