The control arms utilize patented Duroflex™ joints (metalcloakpatents.com) that are made with DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber, the first Jeep suspension components manufactured with Kevlar® for industry-leading durability. The Duroflex joints are housed in forged adjustable ends in CNC-formed 3/16" and 1/4" wall DOM steel tube for strength and lock down at the adjusted length with precision lock nuts. Control arms are finished in gold zinc plate to protect them from the elements.

MetalCloak components have been proven safe with the FMVSS certificate of safety configured with 37" tires, full body armor and suspension lift.
