The Front Dana 44 Axle Kit is for 2003 - 2006 TJ/LJ Wrangler Rubicons and is made of 4340 Chromoly steel. The axles are dual heat treated for unprecedented strength and durability, making the Carbon Offroad Axles over 50% stronger than stock!

The axles are designed with large 5-760X Series Spicer U-Joints. The Spicer U-Joints are engineered with a solid cold-formed body while the bearing cups are heat treated for strength. The U-joint is precision ground and case hardened for durability and the multi-lip seal keeps the grease in and contaminants out. The Spicer U-Joints come fully assembled with standard clips and are ready to install.
