AEV's first step when designing this lift kit was understanding the shortcomings and limitations of your vehicle's factory suspension system. AEV strives to bring you the ideal suspension components for the optimal balance of load carrying capacity and improved ride quality that you should expect from a performance lift kit. Featuring a set of AEV-tuned Bilstein 5100 series shock absorbers, your Jeep will sport a more rugged appearance and a more controlled feel. The shocks are paired with triple-rate coil springs in order to increase wheel travel while providing better articulation for even more stability. Even while towing, your vehicle will remain confident and in control until you've made it to your destination.

Premium Construction for an Off-Road Feel
AEV's DualSport RT Suspension Kit was designed to give your vehicle a 2.5" boost off of the ground for improved ground clearance when traveling over uneven terrain. Moreover, the included shocks are a massive 46mm in diameter and are crafted with a durable multi-layer zinc finish in order to tackle just about any application you have mind. Heavy-duty control arm geometry brackets are included for improved ride quality and reduced nose dive under hard braking. Extended length front and rear sway bar end links compensate for the additional lift height, while new front and rear bump stop spacers improve bumper/axle contact under full articulation and jounce. Installation is made straightforward as AEV includes all of the necessary hardware and instruction without requiring you to swap out any of the OE tack bars, control arms, or steering components. *All maximum tire size recommendations are derived from AEV’s product development process using AEV wheels and BFGoodrich tires. AEV products are designed, developed and tested specifically to work with other AEV products. Mixing aftermarket or factory components with AEV components may cause interference/tire rubbing at full jounce or full lock.

 
Note: This suspension and spring/shock tune was designed for the gas engine Gladiator, so EcoDiesel-equipped vehicles may not achieve the best possible ride quality and load carrying capability. For this reason, AEV is currently developing a new 2.5” spring, specifically for the EcoDiesel. If you are installing this suspension system on an EcoDiesel model, the included coil spring spacer needs to go on the opposite side of the vehicle to account for different fuel and DEF tank placement.
